Booking and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked consultation, please let us know as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp so the time can be offered to another client and a new time arranged for you.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on how the consultation was booked and paid for, and will be discussed directly with you if a cancellation is needed. Completed consultations are generally not eligible for a refund, since the guidance has already been provided.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling a consultation to a different time is generally accommodated without any issue when requested in advance, subject to availability.

No-Shows

If you're unable to attend a scheduled phone, WhatsApp or in-person consultation without notice, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling.
